Customer Service and Online Marketing (Internship)

Are you interested in the fast-paced world of E-Commerce? Virtual Village Ltd is an online retailer, sourcing products in China and selling them to the rest of the world. We're a UK company based in Shanghai, and due to rapid expansion we're seeking dedicated people to work with our friendly Chinese and International team (currently 7 languages) in our centrally located offices. We are recruiting for an English speaking Customer Service Representative. Job responsibilities involve handling in all its aspects: order process, product and shipping issues and bottom line responsibility. This is a great opportunity to become involved in all facets of this young and dynamic business!
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all kinds of requests throughout the order process: pre-sale enquiries, checkout process and payment issue.
2. Follow up on shipping enquiries for delivered orders.
3. Resolve post-sale product or shipping issues.
4. Online Marketing Activities: Training Provided
Requirements:
1. We're looking for Native German, Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese or Russian Speakers.
2. E-Commerce experience will be a plus.
