Customer Service Manager

Full-time at WeTeach in Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

1.Communicate with foreign teachers online; Respond to their questions and feedback in a timely fashion; and, Ensure their job satisfaction;
2.Communicate with Chinese parents online; Respond to their questions and feedback in a timely fashion; and, Ensure their satisfaction with the product;
3.Manage teachers’ class attendance and performance, and provide feedback to parent to ensure the quality of teaching;
4.Coordinate and solve the problems before and after the class. Collect the demand from users and assist with product optimization.

Job Requirements:
1.An advanced command of written English;
2.Experience with online customer service preferred;
3.Hard working; Quick to learn; Strong sense of responsibility; Good communicator; Interested in online children’s education preferred.
4.Familiar with the use of Excel and WeChat.

WeTeach Introduction:

WeTeach is a platform that connects experienced teachers with Chinese primary school students to learn online. Part of our proceeds go to charities supporting education projects in rural China.
