Operations Director
at LINK Group Real Estate Company in Shanghai
LINK Group is a real estate company specialized in value-add development and leasing of residential and commercial space. As Shanghai’s largest provider of international shared housing, we cater to the needs of both foreign and Chinese tenants to provide high-value quality properties and services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
• Supervise department heads and conduct performance reviews
• Oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development
• Plan, direct and manage all HR initiatives (recruitment, compensation, benefits, etc) and ensure operation within regional guidelines and regulations
• Oversee business planning, budget development and expenditures toward achievement of objectives
• Operate within agreed upon budgets and timelines
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of combined experience managing Operations and HR
• Ability to work with staff, tenants and community members from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
• Experience in establishing and managing policies and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
