APAC Sales Manager
at ICAPE in Guangzhou
CIPEM is the subsidiary of ICAPE group, one of the most European leading companies for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) production and manufactured in Asia and more particularly in China.
Founded in 1999, ICAPE group has a long experience of China; it has adopted an ambitious Ethical Code and fights to have it implemented by all its partners in Asia. ICAPE group also provides a complete list of professional services to all its customers and suppliers. These services provide a real working program guideline for the whole group and a lot of cost savings for our customers and suppliers.
CIPEM is an international trading and service providing company established in 2004 in order to complete all products and services offered already on the market by ICAPE.
Currently, ICAPE Group has more than 900 active customers in 65 Countries in the world, it has achieved 70M€ of sales in 2015 and targets a growth of 30% in 2016.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements strategic sales in order to achieve corporate goals and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the internal sales force to develop their skill in order to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• Maintains and expands customers base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and intensively identifying new customer opportunities within the sales area.
• Implements trade promotions by networking, publishing/tracking, and attending market exhibitions.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales intel and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; follow-up production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system continuous improvements.
• Directly report to management about KPIs and their evolution.
• Any other assignments if needed.
The position will be based in our Dongguan (Chang’An) facility.
Requirements:
• Graduated Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in internal sales ideally into electrical/mechanical fields.
• Technical background and/or experience in both prospection and business development is appreciated.
• Well-organized, flexible and willing to travel mainly within APAC area.
• Strong analytical mind, negotiation skills, and results oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, social networks and familiarity with small network needs.
• English speaking and written fluently is a must, French and/or Mandarin is appreciated.
