Global Mobility Operations Lead (Start Up)

Our client is looking to hire a Global Mobility Operations Lead to head up their start up in Shanghai, China.
This role requires knowledge and experience on the full Assignment Management process including; Global Mobility, Expat Services, Expense Management, Global Compensation, Expat Tax, International HR & Relocation.
This role reports directly into the SVP of Global Mobility services. This position requires staff management experience.
Duties and responsibilities include;
Leading the start up for the office in Shanghai, China
Serving as subject matter expert on all areas of Global Mobility services
Managing a team of Global Assignment Consultants
Ensuing full communication is maintained with the Directors and VP’s to ensure excellent service delivery
Manage data and work flow to ensure accurate data is recorded and completed
Ensuring the full Operational management of the office accordingly
Liaising with client accounts within the business providing knowledge on policies and services
Coordinating the client service, global mobility and relocation teams
Preparing accurate client and management reporting
Supporting the implementation teams and ensuring that they represent and manage tasks accordingly
Monitors performance metrics
