Regional VP APAC, Global Mobility

Our client is looking to hire a Global Mobility, Regional VP APAC. This position is a Senior responsible for serving as the senior management for a particular business region (APAC).
The position has the primary responsibility for the following;
Strategy execution
Business development support
Client relations
Operational management
Financial performance for the region
Regional management of directors and managers
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Drives engagement across the Regional Office Leadership Team to ensure achievement of financial plan, retention targets and scorecard goals
Implements a Region financial plan and strategies that will optimize short-term (1 Year) and long-term (3 Year) financial results
Collaborates with the Business Development to maximize pipeline opportunities and office revenues
Monitors the regional client-base to realize broad utilization of all service lines
Builds high quality service delivery teams that achieve targeted client and customer satisfaction and retention rates
Partners with SVP, Talent Development to build regional leadership capacity and ensure an adequate supply of mobility professionals to meet emerging business needs
Leads Management and other operational colleagues to ensure data integrity, revenue capture, service delivery metric achievement, and effective balancing of workloads throughout teams
Drives overall financial and operational performance throughout region
Provides creative input and planning for client events, such as the Client Summit, ERC, FEM and other industry conferences
Determines promotional strategies, offer educational content, and opportunities for client-to-client interaction
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
10 or more years of leadership experience in the International mobility sector
International and Domestic Mobility experience
Direct client interaction and client advisory experience
Experience with Real Estate laws and practices, financing and disclosure
Ability to manage global service delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Strong people management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Travel up to 35% of business time (international and domestic)
