Project Manager needed

iSoftStone is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our Worldwide Service Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The PM is dedicated to manage all resource requirements according to project specifications, and as a leader of the team, has the opportunity to deal with different clients, stakeholders and department members.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire workflow of the project
Keep an accurate track and report system
Determine resource requirements (including software, hardware and facilities)
Ensure business processes are efficient and pinpoint potential defects in the service
Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverable for our client’s project
Offer creative solutions for improvements
Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Delivery Director
When necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources
Cooperate to maintain project quality, client and team satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
2/3 years of related experience
Native English speaker
Professional experience required
Web literate
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Committed to meeting deadlines
Responsible and strong under pressure
Interest in IT solutions
Professional manner and presentation
Employment conditions
Full time contract
Competitive salary offered: 20-25 k
