Human Resources Officer

Full-time at Global Wealth Management Ltd. in Shanghai

Global Wealth Management is a well established, International Company with its admin headquarters based here in Shanghai.

To help service our rapidly growing sales team and our growing clientbase across Asia, we are looking for a Human Resource Officer to manage daily HR functions.

HR Officer

Responsibilities include:-

- Job Advertising / Recruitment / Interviews/ Follow up
- Employee Training / Arrange the Induction Course Package
- Employee Information Filing / Job Roles, Skills Filing
- Expatriates’ China Immigration & Visa
- Employee Development Review
- HR Strategy
- Work with Management Team to meet company objectives


You must have the following skills / experience:-
- Excellent oral & written Chinese skills
- Excellent oral & written English skills
- At least 2 Yrs experience working for an international company
- Complete honesty & integrity
- Hard working, able to work on your own, and motivate those around you
- Excellent communication skills, personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
