Math / Chemistry Teacher

Reporting to: Principle – Wycombe Abbey International School Changzhou
Salary range: Negotiable
Working schedule: 40 hours per week in 5 days

Teaching subject:
1. Math / Chemistry British Education system such as A-Level and IGCSE;
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
English language of native English speaking ability
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification;
Teaching certificate such as PGCE or equivalent
Knowledge of IGCSE, or A-level syllabuses in chemistry / math subjects
Previous full-time teaching experience, school teacher preferred
Boarding school / private experience preferred
In addition, we prefer teachers possessing below qualities:
Able to deliver classes in fun and creative ways
Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Highly organized and punctuality
Work well under pressure and highly motivated, with the ability to face challenges
A confident and dynamic personality

Wycombe Abbey International Schools’ value proposition is to develop combined Kindergarten and Primary schools only or K-12 schools. Combined Kindergarten and Primary schools should support enrolment between 700 – 1,000 students; K-12 schools should support enrolment between 1,500 – 2,500 students.
