Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 25,000 to 35,000 RMB per month; (two years teaching experience required)
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation;
c. Quarterly evaluation bonus: 3000 to 10,000 depending on performance;
d. Overtime pay: 500 RMB per hour for extra teaching
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 2,800 RMB per month;
b. Reimbursement of flight ticket to China;
c. Flight allowance;

This role will develop your career beyond a branch Manager and into a Company Director, giving your abilities the tools to run the entire business and rewards including potential share ownership of the business. Full business development training will be provided.
In the first instance, to be responsible for the daily running and administration of the Nursery whilst ensuring quality for the children and adhering to School policies and procedures always.
There are 3 key areas of your role:
EDUCATION – Day to day operations
ADMINISTRATION – General/Clerical

Education
Day to day operations - Manage staff to achieve the following
The role:
To ensure the Educational programme in the school and safety and welfare of the children meets the Montessori standards.
Key elements:
• Review the curriculum with your own personal touch
• Mentor all staff to follow your leadership
• Greet all parents, assess and listen to issues
• Familiarisation with all school and group policies and procedures, including and Health and safety compliance.
• Show prospective parents around, filling in the necessary inquiry form / checklist with the parent
• Manage the Nutritional aspect of the menus
• Ensure and be able to measure high quality childcare across all rooms for the children, teachers and parents
• Supporting teachers to create planned activities to support children development and incorporating Montessori Curriculum into child play
• Incorporated Montessori Curriculum and in house staff training
• Offering all children equal opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disabilities, cultural or linguistic background.
• Marketing/advertising/check that approval is gained, where necessary, for all ads and copy material.
• Create a schedule of monthly School open days/fun days to be co-ordinated to continue to increase the numbers of children in the school
Administration
General/Clerical - Manage staff to achieve the following
Health & Safety
• Ensure building standards are met and hazards are removed / reduced
• Arrange for visits by relevant governing body in respect of Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene etc.
Clerical
• Make sure there are plenty of copies of all information for parents
• Well stocked with prospectuses, ensuring all relevant certificates are up, parent info
• Monthly newsletter to go to parents and a copy placed in reception area
• Telephone, Fax, photocopier, PC etc.
Business development
Marketing and Sales
Target Audience:
• Document key contacts for the following local organisations, addresses, contact names and phone numbers
• Schools
• Colleges
• Adult learning centres
• Libraries
• Corporate – local businesses
• Parent and Toddler groups
• Hospitals
• Post or hand deliver info pack, create a folder and follow up everybody that has been targeted or Direct mail
• Parent visits
• Arrange a procedure that delivers competent walk around
• Work with Sales Manager to understand the fee structure and agree discounting structure and how and when to use it
• Ensure all parents receive their invoices on the issue date
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with parents and liaise effectively with the finance department
Children Payment records
• Maintain a list of children at each nursery (current and due to start) – First Steps Database System
• Staff calendar – First Steps database system
• Maintain electronic version of staff calendar at each nursery
• Holidays
• Sickness
• Extra work
Must have requirements:
• Applicant must have knowledge of the Montessori
• At least 3 years teaching experience and 1 year management experience
• British Native English speaker preferred
• Mandarin preferred, but not essential
• Montessori Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent is essential
• Overseas qualifications are accepted with UK Naric confirmation
• Degree: BA degree or higher education background
• TEFL /TESOL/MONTESSORI not a must, but preferable
• No Criminal Record
• Positive, motivated, enthusiastic in teaching
• Mentally and Physically healthy
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
