A top public high school in southeast China is looking for foreign teachers to teach mainly AP Physics and Calculus.
Starting from September 2017, the fall semester.
Job Description:
Subjects: AP Physics, Calculus, and ESL courses
Location: Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Fuzhou is a coastal city with beautiful sceneries and rather clean air.
Students: senior high school students, aging from 16-18 years old
Class size: about 20-30 students per class
Workload: less than 28-30 teaching hours (40 minutes for each) per week, including classroom teaching, office hours, tutorial, etc. Actual working hours for teaching lessons are much less.
Contract type: full time one-year contract initially, which can be renewed
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary is negotiable depending on qualification and interview feedback
Monthly bonus: up to 2,000 RMB
Allowance for renting apartment: 2,000 RMB per month
Travel allowance: 8,000 RMB for one-year contract
Summer holiday allowance: 2,000 RMB for one-year contract
Paid winter vacation
Paid sick leave and Chinese public holidays
Work visa, residence permit and insurance provided
Requirements:
Native English language speakers
Hold a bachelor degree or above
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
At least 1 year teaching experience
