Business Development Manager
Location: Hangzhou, China
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and analysis for the Specialized Distribution department including, but not limited to, customer service/satisfaction, inventory, maximization of asset utilization, achieving overall company goals, and day to day operations of the organization.
The details include the following:
1. Manage daily operations for 5 Distributors
2. Support operational needs of our Latino, International, Mall, and Event teams
3. Represents needs of indirect sales in meetings and calls across departments
4. Sales trend analysis
5. Inventory Management
6. Helps support new business opportunities and strategies.
7. Administrative duties as deemed necessary for the business
8. Complies with management reporting and communications as requested
9. Ensure 100% customer/consumer satisfaction

Skills - Experience and Requirements:
A successful Operations Manager will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College, and/or at least 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. This includes but not limited to, strong written and oral communication. Other core Competencies includes excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal and data interpretation including advanced Excel skills and abilities. Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage workload, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and generate usable reporting with data provided including charts, graphs and any other items as requested.
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
