Job Summary
We are seeking excellent tutors who are good at and enjoy tutoring students with English as their second language. The purpose of your work is to prepare students getting familiar with English. You are responsible for providing the highest level of face-to-face tutoring services to two kids aged 4 & 6 years old. You are expected to deliver academic classes, English, reading, storytelling & phonics while designing the study plans, and providing feedback to students about their progress. All classes are delivered door to door. All class materials are provided.
Description
- Design study plans according to student’s abilities and intended outcomes
- Prepare teaching materials for one-hour one-on-one face-to-face classes
- Conduct classes and change ways of teaching for optimal outcomes
- Answer student questions that are related to the class material
- Is able to thoroughly and clearly explain how answers are derived
- Submit study plan and class report in a timely manner
- Communicate and update Academic Advisor with students’ status
- Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism
Education
Bachelors degree or above.
