Administrative assistant

SAGE is an international speaker and event consulting firm based in Beijing, China, and Washington D.C., US. We advise a growing number of global clients by connecting them to a wide range of experts, speakers, briefers, panelists and moderators who have extensive knowledge in their respective fields. We are expanding our Chinese sales team and are looking for hidden talent to join us.
Job description:
Creating and maintaining the office daily schedule.
Handling appointments for SAGE employees.
Handling the logistics and arranging travel plans for SAGE employees.
Procurement and maintenance of all office supplies such as stationary, printer cartridges and other office supplies.
Translation work when needed.
Maintenance and development of vendor relationship, in charge of all vendor-related activities.
Management of office petty cash.
Basic office expenses book keeping.
Office filling and organization of all necessary documents.
Assist in HR management.
Requirements:
Good English and Chinese skills in reading and writing
Excellent organizational skills
Self driven and multi-task ability
Team player and good communication skills
Enthusiastic attitude and eager to learn new professional skills
Accounting, HR or office management background. Accounting background is preferred.
