Aerodynamic Analysis, Impeller Mechanical Expert

Performance Goals:
1.Establish the development standards of turbocharger impeller
2.Solve the specific problems during design and development process of turbocharger impeller
Responsibilities:
Responsible for turbocharger impeller design
Propose the impeller’s basic geometry parameters according to development targets (beta angle, blade thickness, mold lines etc.)
Responsible for the design of turbocharger flow, and the basic geometrical parameter calculation of turbocharger flow
Responsible for developing the design process and specification of this field, have a certain understanding on the cutting-edge technology of turbocharger pneumatic components
Lead cause analysis and solution of systematic problems (low cycle fatigue, high cycle fatigue, gas separation, surge, etc.) in this field
Guide technical staff and pneumatic components designers to improve their professional skills quickly
Develop and optimize the test validation specification of pneumatic components system
