R&D
• Base in Shanghai plant, provide technical support in APAC region
• Interface between European R&D centre and china plant
• Lead technical discussion with automotive OEM, other customers and suppliers
• Manage expertise and technical analysis in China
• Build and develop plant laboratory and R&D department
• Manage the development of prototype production
• Manage technical training of for all Chinese departments.
• Manage the technical bench marking of Chinese market.
Project Management
• Follow and track all projects development
• Follow the localization of product, manage product process in China
• Manage organization between project team and all other department
Commercial support
• Assist commercial team during technical discussion
• Involve in commercial negotiation for technical support
• Market analysis for China Market, follow and track all developments for Chinese market
Candidate profile * (Please read carefully before application)
• Fluent French speaking or native French
• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese language is big plus
• Major in mechanic is preferred, vehicle or other related industry to be considered
• At least 8 years of experience in automotive
• At least 3 years of experience in automotive in China
• Project management experience in automotive
• Team spirit within international environment
• Ability of work with cross-function team with good influencing skills
