The client is a leading Property Management Group in Shenzhen, China. Due to their
expansion, they are now seeking a Customer Service Ambassador / Front Desk Specialist /
Receptionist to join their growing team in Shenzhen.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Customer Service Counter and handle customer enquiries and fulfill their
request
Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier
services to visitors
Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively and provide support to
marketing activities in order to promote customer loyalties and encourage relationship
build-up
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active
collection of feedbacks from guests and tenants.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience as Receptionist / Customer
Services / Front Desk gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management is a plus;
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team
Native in English
Willing to work in Shenzhen
Expatriates / Foreigners are welcome
