The client is a leading Property Management Group in Shenzhen, China. Due to their

expansion, they are now seeking a Customer Service Ambassador / Front Desk Specialist /

Receptionist to join their growing team in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

 Manage the Customer Service Counter and handle customer enquiries and fulfill their

request

 Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier

services to visitors

 Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively and provide support to

marketing activities in order to promote customer loyalties and encourage relationship

build-up 

 Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active

collection of feedbacks from guests and tenants.

Requirements:

 Degree / Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience as Receptionist / Customer

Services / Front Desk gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management is a plus;

 Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team

 Native in English

 Willing to work in Shenzhen

 Expatriates / Foreigners are welcome
