Western Project Graphic Designer Needed at consulting company in Beijing

Tasks Description:
Topview is currently opening new strong business avenues of different nature in the European and Chinese markets. That’s the reason why we are looking for a new international project manager with excellent skills in graphic design and visual arts related activities. We are mainly looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for visual detail.
Below is an overview of what you may undertake in this position.
• Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
• Amend final designs to clients’ comments and gain full approval
• Listening to feedback and improve design
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Produce final design solutions
• Other work as assigned, involving international communication
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to accept a full-time position (long-term), after 2 months of probation.
• Already in Beijing (preferred)
• Experience with design software (e.g. InVision) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Excellent communication ability
• Teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Design or a related field
• Mandarin skills are NOT necessary, but of course they are very welcome.
Conditions:
A. Working days: Mon-Fri from 8:45-17:30. No work in the weekend.
B. Location: close to Chaoyangmen subway station (exit A)
C. Probation period of 2 months (2,000 RMB/month), needed for training.
D. After probation, full-time employment on Z-Work Visa (full-time financial conditions will be discussed after the interview)
