Customer Support Executive

Period of Employment : 12 months Contract
Basic Salary : RM3000.00 to RM3500.00
Shift Allowance : Up to RM350.00 or RM70.00 / day
Transport Allowance : Up to RM250.00
Attendance Allowance : Up to RM150.00

• 3pm - 11pm
• 11pm - 7am
Job Description
Customer Support Executive is responsible for all types of communications with existing clients in their region:
• answering clients about all technical support questions;
• processing requests;
• supporting Company good image;
Job Responsibilities
• To ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to Senior of shift if it fails;
• To process client's request via phone call, live chat, service desk, email;
• To escalate issue to appropriate specialist when needed via Wox;
• To update clients on their request status accordingly;
• To constantly verify documents submitted by client within specific region on hourly basis (exclude CY);
• To attend all seminar scheduled by the company for the employee;
• To complete Daily Performance Report on time;
• To achieve KPI target set by team leader;
• To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Required Knowledge
• Languages: Mandarin, English – fluent Spoken & Written
• Diploma of Higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service;
• Skilled PC user;
• Basic mathematical skills.
