Junior Marketing Business Analyst

Ataway is a looking for a Junior Marketing Business Analyst to fill an opportunity in the United States (San Francisco California or China, Shanghai is the preferred location).
Ataway is helping major companies around the world in designing, deploying, upgrading and operating their ERP systems covering Finance, HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, Procurement and CRM processes. Ataway has 440 employees located in 17 offices in 12 countries. To accelerate our growth we are looking for a Marketing Manager
You will support the Marketing function in its daily tasks. You will enjoy a varied involvement across all aspects of marketing including for example Social Media, Campaign Management, Search Engine Optimization & Supply Marketing (use cases, sale kits, service sheets, videos…).
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (Different services lines, different products, and 12 Countries) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
In your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Marketing managers must be great business leaders as well as great marketing leaders. That’s because they are responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and they are often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services. While the marketing department looks to marketing managers for guidance and direction, executives count on marketing managers for profitability and results. Operating at the center of the marketing department, these professionals must have extraordinary communication skills.

STATISTICS ANALYSIS:
• You will update, monitor and analyze campaign metrics, and report to the France Monetization Team Manager your conclusions.
SKILLS SET

10% = Testing/Piloting new tactics/programs
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high expectations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
• Driven self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset
