Project Co-Ordinator
at 3D Boffin in Shenzhen

POSTION: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
LOCATION: Shekou, Shenzhen
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are design visualization company working with clients worldwide. Working within our small design studio, this role is responsible for managing the work-flow of our projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage office work-flow – allocate and check progress of projects
2. Translate written briefs from English to Mandarin.
3. Develop design briefs, and liaise with clients over points for clarification
4. Review 3D renders and provide feedback to designers (in Chinese)
5. Liaise with clients regarding projects and designs (in English)
6. Follow-up new client enquiries
7. Manage the 3D model library, internally and on social media sites
8. Set-up and manage internal procedures to increase efficiency
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Graduate caliber
Good communicator
Responsible and mature in their approach
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Able to cope under pressure
Self-motivated and proactive
Able to organize others and lead a team
Problem solver
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
No specific requirements, training can be provided to the right candidate
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Computer Literate Proficient in Microsoft Office,
(Basic skills in Photoshop, CAD or 3D Max would be an advantage)
Languages Fluent in English (Preferably mother tongue)
Good level of Mandarin
An interest or experience working in the Interior Design sector would be an advantage.
