Quality Assurance/Control Inspector

Danson Décor Inc has been in business for 75 years and is a market leader in the seasonal and home décor product industry. With facilities in both North America and China. We offer a complete line of products and accessories in home and seasonal décor.
Reporting to the QC Manager, the QA/QC Inspector will be working in the area of China.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Conduct factory QC visits to ensure suppliers can meet our quality requirements
• Communicate with suppliers regarding our requirements
• Thorough understanding of the product line and quality requirements of clients
• Maintain relationship with key personnel in factories to ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain all QA documentation, ensuring that it is reflective of the operations and up to date
• Conduct QC checks of all products prior to shipping
• Advise Operation Manager of issues pertaining to supply and quality of product
• Travel to various factories located in China
• Research new products and work with factories to improve product quality
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in QC of product in China
• Experience in our industry
• Strong communication and understanding in English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
