Community Manager
at XNode (Anywhere)
Overview:
XNode is a coworking space and accelerator that helps both startups and corporates
innovate and succeed. The community is core to the DNA of our spaces and brand, and
with momentum for our startup and corporate programs picking up, we are
looking for a new community manager to be the champion of the sales and daily
operations of our JingAn space.
Responsibilities:
- Driving operational excellence, with a high service standard in the space for all
community members to ensure a great experience in their working environment.
- Responsible for the occupancy, churn and financial performance of the space
and creating an executable leasing program to achieve sales targets.
- Execution and development of community initiatives and events within the space.
- Work with the marketing/events team to ensure all events and activities
are run at a high standard for all our guests and partners.
- Actively pursue new event or business partnerships that can bring value to the
XNode community or brand.
- Be the go-to person within the space for our community members.
- Monitoring, measuring and understanding the feedback from our members to help
us continually improve.
- Ensure your team is effective and provide them opportunities to take initiative and
grow when appropriate
- Other duties assigned by the company as needed
Requirements:
- College graduate (minimum 4 year bachelors’ degree)
- 2+ years of related experience in hospitality or community management
- Native English speaker with a working proficiency in Mandarin
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
