Description
• With the completion of the project's macro policy, industry and market research work, collect relevant information, write research reports
• Screening investment opportunities, responsible for project establishment. Make a preliminary evaluation of data arrangement, investment value, and risk of project
• Assist leaders to establish and maintain investment projects in search, evaluation, project, due diligence, valuation, return analysis, negotiation, and transaction and participate in management work of invested enterprises
• Assist leaders to establish good relations with government agencies, investment banks, accounting firms, law firms, financial institutions and partners
• Assist in the communication, coordination, and negotiation of investment projects, and adapt to a business trip.
Requirements
• Master degree or above in investment, banking, finance, economics and other related majors
• With investment, equity trading, finance and other listed companies, PE/VC related work experience is preferred
• Familiar with national macroeconomic policy and capital market, familiar with capital operation, finance, law and other related knowledge
• Strong financial analysis and investment analysis ability, understanding in investment, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing business
• Proficient in use various Office software, good expression and communication skills
• Work actively, rigorous and pragmatic, with a good sense of teamwork.
