Client Relationship Manager
at Lasso Logistics Pty Ltd in Shenzhen
Lasso is a progressive Australian company involved in logistics, procurement and contract manufacturing. We require a Client Relationships Manager to be based in our Shenzhen office.
The Client Relationship Manager ensures the effective communication between the sales teams in Australia/USA and sourcing/QC teams in China:
The Client Relationship Manager main responsibilities are:
• Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
• Value Add - Explore and develop opportunities to increase customer spend in new areas of their business
• Business Reviews - Conduct both customer and supplier reviews to ensure satisfaction in the relationship
• Internal Performance Audits - Identify areas for improvement with customers and present CAP/PAP to executive team
• Sales Lead Generation - Generate and process leads with the sales teams and follow up on progress
• Develop CRM System - Develop and maintain a suitable CRM system to monitor lead capture, processing and resolution
• Set and Monitor SLA’s - Develop and set Service Level Agreements and implement systems to monitor and report on SLA performance
The person we are looking for must have the following qualities and experience:
1) Degree in International Business or suitable business experience equivalent
2) Experience in overseas posting, preferably Asia
3) ILR Level 5 proficiency in english
4) Ability to communicate proficiently with sales teams in Australia/USA
5) Ability to uncover customer pain and frame a solution using Lasso services
6) Excellent time management skills
7) Enjoys visiting and traveling to various locations in China and Thailand
8) Enjoys traveling with and entertaining clients
9) Minimum five years sales experience
An excellent remuneration will be provided to the right candidate.
