Role and Responsibility
- Review product description and web design
- Lead customer representatives to handle customer requests throughout the order process
- Monitor reviews on open platform and manage blogs, organize marketing campaign through social media
- Conduct market research and support SEM/SEO manager on online marketing activities
Requirements
- Native in one of the following languages (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, Russian
- University degree
- Open minded, patient, and good communication skills
- Fluent English or Chinese capability
- Passionate about ecommerce, marketing and customer service; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; strong leadership and ownership
- At least 2 years working experience; customer relationship, international trading or e-commerce related experience preferred
