Customer Support Executive
at Blue Belt (Anywhere)
- Requirement
We are looking for a Chinese staff who is based in China and work online (full time contract)
- Handle financial transaction of individual crypto/forex traders with deeply understanding about systems.
- Manage customer enquiries from multi projects of the company. Customers are from different background: travellers, traders, students, coporates, etc.”
- Keep prompt response and communicate with customers via email, telephone and live chat;
- Other tasks in researching and seeking potential customers;
- Be a good problem solver with customers request;
- Research and setting new tools and new technology for optimization
- Support Marketing Team and Business development team when needed
- Job Requirement:
- 1-2 yearrs of full-time experience in Customer or sales support
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good customer-oriented mindset and customer service skills;
- Ability to handle mass records and operational reports;
- Good managment skill while during multiple tasks under high pressure.
- Interested in exploring new IT technology.
- Experience in using any CRMs or management systems is an advantage
- Young, smart, professional & aggressive;
- Can work well both independently and teamwork;
- Ready to work overtime and under high pressure
