Job General: Assist MD to set up sales strategy, monitor U.S. key accounts developing and operating status, set up sales target, sales tactics and profit target, risk management and critical incident handling

About this job:
Job Title: U.S. Key Account Manager (Need American or Someone with work experience in U.S., ABC or Returnee Chinese most welcome)
Office: Beijing or Shenzhen

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
  • Identify, develop a targeted list of key accounts
  • Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, networking, meetings, and etc.)
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through strong Account Management and Implementation skills
  • Participate actively in our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events)
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for your business

Requirements:
• Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
• Team player and self-motivated
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical design or sales/ marketing
• At least above 3 years experience of industry selling in telecom / electronics / medical / automotive areas etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Need American or someone with work experience in U.S., ABC or Returnee Chinese most welcome
