Introduction
ThinkFirst International Kindergarten is a bilingual Montessori kindergarten founded in 2011. We have four campuses in Beijing and another two in Shenyang Province. We have more than 200 employees and more than 600 enrolled students at present.
In every campus, we support beautiful, comfortable and peaceful environment for employees. Each class has one foreign teacher. Some as Lead Teachers and some as ESL Teachers. The whole school is like a family, everyone works here will feel the love, respect, equality, and care.
TF respects children’s personal character by providing Montessori sense system, music, culture, art, creative science, life activity and virtue class. We also focus on children’s creativity, preschool children’s psychology, early childhood education and development.
TF has professional Montessori teachers and TF training system. We have mandarin learning classes for free, we have regular teaching meetings or team buildings as well.

Job Description/Responsibilities
TF teachers are enthusiastic kindergarten teachers who foster and facilitate the intellectual and social-emotional development of our children. Teaching kindergarten includes planning on weekly and monthly basis, implementing and conducting English lessons. TF teacher duties include designing teaching plan and using activities and various teaching methods to motivate children and create English language awareness.
Lead Teacher Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Delivering lessons according to the teaching outline provided by TF. Teaching outline may be adjusted/edited if needed after consulting with supervisor
• Develop and implement suitable classroom management system
• Establish and effect rules for acceptable behavior
• Instruct children on personal hygiene practices and self-care
• Create positive classroom environment that is conductive to learning
• Plan and conduct individual sessions with students within work hours
• Observe, evaluate and record children’s social and academic progress
• Provide constructive feedback to parents and administration
• Prepare and distribute Semester Reports on time (December-January)
• Plan and lead PTAs twice a year, Individual Parents meetings upon request
• Accomplish academic goals by the end of each semester according to the Academic Goals provided by TF
• Submit Recommendation Letters for students as a part of primary schools application process
• Complete students’ portfolios by the end of school year (June)
• Take part in school activities and events
• Take full responsibility for students and class teachers safety
• Uphold TF culture and all school regulations and procedures in a supportive and positive manner
• Respect student, teachers and all TF staff
ESL Teacher Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Design and follow complete teaching plan
• Organize learning material and resources
• Use a variety of activities and different teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
• Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals
• Create positive and appropriate classroom environment
• Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration
• Cooperate with administration staff
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
Remuneration and Benefits
Remuneration/Salary
• for Lead teacher : 20k+ rmb per month
• for ESL teacher : 15k+ rmb per month
