Kindergarten Teacher | Chengdu | 18,000RMB/Month
at CGC in Chengdu
The Kindergarten has a total of 15 classes, 5 senior classes, 6 middle classes, 3 junior classes, and 1 infant class, and each class has 20-25 children. Foreign teachers are responsible for English teaching activities in classes and need to focus on developing children’s interest in English learning and understanding of foreign cultures. Each foreign teacher is responsible for teaching two classes which will be supported by Chinese teachers.
Job Responsibilities:
Teach 2-6 year old children, create a good English learning environment and develop children’s interest in learning English
teach children to use every day English and standard pronunciation; In morning and afternoon, independently undertake half-day activity plan of two classes (25 children for each class); make teaching plan accordingly
Submit teaching plans and teaching feedback on time, complete children’ growth record and video on time, and maintain full communication with Chinese teachers in order to ensure smooth progress of courses
Minimum Requirements:
Native English speaker;
Bachelor degree and two years’ teaching experience OR TESOL/TEFL certificate for 120 hours;
No Criminal Record;
Openminded and passionate about teaching;
Valid reference letter and employment certificate
Ideal requirements:
Excellent teamwork skills
Understanding of Reggio Emilia approach is preferred
Understand the work route of kindergarten and development stages of children, and make relevant course plan
understand Chinese culture and speak Chinese are preferred
Salary and benefits:
Monthly salary from 15.000-18.000RMB according to skills and experience;
Monthly KPI bonus up to 2,000RMB
Business insurance;
After completing one year’s work, a fixed annual travel (air ticket) expense for 6000 RMB+ () will be provided by the company
