Customer Service Representative - Immediate to work

Jemex Ideas is a Hong Kong based event management team with a branch office in Shanghai, offers one-stop and cutting edge event solutions for exhibitions, events and conferences.
We are specializing in event design & production, programming, project, onsite and talent management.
Customer Service Representative
Duties:
5 working days, from 9am to 7 pm.
Working Period from Mar to July 2018 (good performance will considering to change to permanent staff)
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email or live chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with set service standards
Follow up efficiently and independently thru all the requests by customers by providing prompt reply on phone or in emails
Ensure customers understand the usage of operations system by giving clear guidance and assistance
Assist supervisor in daily reporting and finish the given tasks on time
Requirement:
Fluent in Mandarin and in English
(intermediate language proficiency in English will be considered as CSR (Chinese)
Good communication skills
Good computer and MS office knowledge, typing skills
1-3 years’ customer services experience preferable
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analysis, judgments and planning
Customer focus and service oriented
