Quantity Surveyor 造价工程师 (土建)
at Currie & Brown (Anywhere)
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying or construction related disciplines;
3 years or above QS experience, have experience working in Consultancy firm is highly preferred;
Good communication and interpersonal skills which capable to provide and understand concise instructions to the client team;
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Pro-active self-starter with attention to details;
Immediate available/short notice is preferred.
The successful candidate will assist team leaders in the delivery of pre and post contract services to the client, work across all sectors.
Deliver high quantity surveying services including prepare of cost plans, tender documents preparation, contract administration, subletting, preparation and negotiation of final accounts;
Responsible for formulating tender strategies, tender analysis and bidding;
Cash flow monitoring and certifying payment and variation;
Prepare for material taking off and pricing, drawings measurement and checking, all tender documents etc.;
Comply with QA standards as well as the company's best practice;
Leading and coaching the junior staff in delivery of service;
Collaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externally;
Attend site inspections, clients meetings and conduct tender interview presentation when required.
