Executive Assistant

Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO, this is a highly influential role combining technical product strategy, strategic and financial planning, business management, internal communications, and cross-functional and international initiatives.
Duties:
● Develop and maintain sources of information that provide relevant and timely information and insights into areas of interest to upper management (i.e., Industrial Internet, electronics manufacturing, information processing technologies).
● Assess the international (the United States and Europe) market for related and competing technologies and potential investment and acquisition opportunities, and share this information, as appropriate, to determine their expected impact on the industry/business.
● Communicate with division and corporate contacts across regions (e.g., Marketing Communications,
Strategy, Finance) to provide market demand information for inclusion in analyses and reporting conducted by other functions.
Communications/Branding
● Manage executive communications between multinational business groups for cross-functional programs.
● Collaborate with business leadership to ensure its businesses are consistently positioned in all English-language corporate communications.
