JOB ROLE
Our team is looking for 1 more forward thinking Global Business Development Associate to join our Brandreward Client Team. The hire will be working on team projects, such as:
- Lead generation, cold calling and onboarding of new potential content providers
- Develop new channels for client recruitment
- Manage certain social media campaigns on behalf of the company
- Analyze big data to provide feedback reports
- Work on conversion optimization strategies alongside the business development team
- Develop partnerships with international brands
- Actively engage and provide input on new ideas during team meetings
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Years of Experience: 1+
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelors
- Preferred Personal Skills: Consistency and Reliability, Decision-making skills, Financial analysis skills, Interpersonal communication skills, Problem analysis skills
- Preferred Technical Skills: Analytical Skills, Cold Calling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft, Sales, Advertising & PR Skills, Negotiation Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English (additional language skills including Mandarin, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese preferred).
- Candidates must have majored in marketing, international business, digital, communications or PR (MBA candidates preferred).
- Must have strong written and verbal negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and motivated individual.
- Enthusiastic, creative and detail-oriented.
- Strong interest in the digital ecommerce industry.
- Creative problem solving skills, positive attitude and pro-active.
- Microsoft Office software skills, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong interest in advertising technology.
- Strong in data or statistical analysis.
