Chief Operating Officer of New Media
at Fantertainment Foundation Ltd in Beijing
Job Descriptions
1. Manage and coordinate activity planning, content writing and editing, and project promotions on WeChat subscription accounts, Twitter, Facebook and web discussion forums.
2. Analyze the performance of other forms of new media including WeChat subscription accounts, and utilize various promotional means to achieve an optimal brand promotion with maximum effect through the new media.
3. Develop operational plans for external dataflow and action plan in light of the business objectives, attracting and encouraging more subscribers to use the platform from online and offline channels.
4. Assist the offline company with activity planning and execution, topic planning, promoting and overall management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above; Minimum 5 years experience in relevant fields; working experience in public relation, integrated marketing and new media will be preferred.
2. Excellent and proficient writing skill; sensitive to hot topics and capable of planning and choosing proper methods of.
3. Familiar with technical operation and communication means at home and abroad; acute insight; enthusiastic about new media (eg. WeChat) communication research; a good command of online and offline resources integration, planning, supervision and execution; and successful operational practice with massive growth of subscribers will be preferred.
4. Proficient in English and Chinese; capable of using English as working language, native speakers of English or overseas study experience will be preferred; and proficient in office software such as Office and Photoshop.
