Community Product Operation
at Bytedance in Beijing
Responsibilities
- Assist leading the localization of product core features and community operation strategy.
- Help manage the measuring, monitoring, and report on marketing campaign, engagement performance and user feedbacks to roll out related optimization methods accordingly.
- Bridge between HQ and regional community managers to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure product core features and strategies are tailored to be impactful and appropriate locally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Strong experience in community relationship building, partnerships/collaborations, and talent management in USA is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to achieve business goals.
- To have knowledgeable and deep understanding of Chinese Internet Industry is a plus.
