User (Video Creator) Operation

Location: Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines

Our client’s vision is to build highly inclusive and diverse platforms - they aim to not just deliver information but serve as a creative hub, hosting and nurturing creators. This belief guides their strategy in product development. Now, the company core product is the largest content discovery and creation platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay or Thai.
3. In-depth understanding with local market :Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, especially local culture and Internet development trend.
4. Familiarity of local social media influencers and headhunters.
5. Passion in broadcasting and online short video products; curiosity in varieties of social media APPs.
6. 3 years of related experience in PGC(Professional Generated Content) and UGC(User-generated Content) platforms.
7 Experience in partnerships between social media and broadcast networks or multichannel distributors.
8. Experience magaing online communities of bloggers or YouTube creators with followers.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect, organize, and analyze video creators feedbacks of oversea online products through varieties of channels; modify products accordingly for optimal user experience.
2. Manage core user operation; develop operation rules to run online groups on digital channels, including Facebook Group, Skype Group, etc.; lead daily performance/outcomes discussion.
3. Expand MCN and/or KOL influencer outreach efforts and maintainence.
4. Advised with modification suggestions in the perspective of product users; cultivate close connections with users for problem-solving in order to develop a long-term influential community.
