Description:
Assist the business growth through the initial research of prospective client lists.
1.Acquire new business with appropriate selling skills and accurate analysis of clients’ recruiting needs.
2.Candidates gathering against specific assignments. Select suitable candidate for clients through effective screening and interviewing.
3.Achieve good matches between clients’ needs and candidates
4.Writing profiles describing interviewed candidates
5.Update database and follow the company’s standard operating procedures.
6.Support marketing events for the business development.
Essential:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (HSK5 if foreign national) as work proficiency required, and German or Spanish language skill preferred.
2. Bachelor or above degree required, major in HR/international business preferred, Finance or IT background is a plus.
3. 2 years experience from the recruiting firm or in-house HR relevant expertise. In depth knowledge of the recruitment process and diverse sourcing methods.
4. Demonstrate good communication and strong customer service skills.
5.Overseas study or work experience preferred.
6.Familiar with Office application.
7.A Team player with great people skills.
8.Be interested in exploring a journey with a gradually growing company.
9.Willing to develop career in China for the following few years will be priority considered.
