Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our account management team. The account manager will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and help them reach their production goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts, including daily communication with the customer's team to understand their needs.
Communicate clients needs to Tetro’s inner functions, such as operations, engineering, production etc.
Solve complex and urgent problems in production - in the factory and in front of customers and suppliers
Minimum qualifications:
Experience in customer service/sales
Experience in management
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent management skills
Proficient in English
Preferred qualifications:
Chinese speaker
BA in marketing/management / similar fields
Experience in industrial companies
