Zion Tech Group provides IT global services on demand. We are looking for a technical resource with field experience in IT assistance tasks on demand Level 1 and 2, with knowledge in PC Hardware, Data Center, Cisco, Computer Hardware Servicing, Computer Trouble shooting, Unix, Linux and Windows.

Requirements:

• Break Fix – Carry data transfer kit (replace HD)
• Knowledge of Cisco Routers Configuration (LAN/WAN)
• Good English Communication Skills
• Visit our customer for onsite support & replace/install parts
• HW / SW Maintenance, Configuration & Installation
• Troubleshoot Routers & Replace components (Network cards/SPA etc)
• Experience on Infrastructure ( IT, Switches, Server, Data Center )
• Imaging desktops and laptops using SCCM
• Handling different operating systems
• Asset/Inventory Management at sites
• Desktop/Network Printers Management at sites
• Image creation & Deployment
