Media Manager
at Red Pulse in Shanghai
As Media Manager, you’ll be working in the in-house marketing team, to help develop brand’s channel / media outreach, and take comprehensive responsibilities from planning, relationships, execution to measurement and optimization.
1. Responsibilities
1.1. Develop and specify channels / media plans, incl. KPIs, goals, tactics, budget, timeline that are in line with brand’s overall business goals and marcomm objectives
1.2. Develop and retain strong relationship with respective external media suppliers e.g. agency, media, vendors, and acquire most relevant and up-to-date media knowledge / opportunities in light of brand’s marcomm needs
1.3. Identify, assign and manage external suppliers that are most fit / efficient as execution partners to ensure the Qual and Quan of implementation on a daily basis
1.4. Conduct timely and critical review on media performance in terms of pros & cons, and continuously optimize the plan / execution when applicable to achieve best ROI as possible
2. Requirements
2.1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Economics / Marketing preferred
2.2. Native Chinese citizen with good command of English in both written and verbal is a must
2.3. Digital media savvy, with 3+ years practical experience in 4A media agency as strategic digital planning, or performance marketing role (e.g. SEM, E-commerce, Programmatic, etc.)
2.4. Proven record of budget / project / campaign management skills, whilst able to work independently when needed
2.5. Resourceful and experienced in terms of media / vendor relationship development
2.6. Familiar with various media planning and tracking tools (e.g. iResearch, Double Click, Google Analytics, etc.)
2.7. Knowledge in relation to blockchain or experience serving for MNE clients from financial industry would be a big plus
