Math Teacher position for an American High School in Beijing

About School
Our Private high school was founded in 1993 in Daxing District, Beijing. In 1997, the school had successfully expanded to an educational group with 6 kindergartens, 2 primary schools, 2 junior/senior high schools, 2 international schools, 3 training schools, together with some consulting companies.
The American high school is a project launched 4 years ago cooperating with an American high school in Maine. We are now looking for a Math teacher who can teach Grade 7 to 12 students including Math, AP Math and pre-calculus.
Details of the position
Title: Math teacher teaching Math, AP Math and pre-calculus to Grade 7 to 12
Location: Daxing District, Beijing
Work Schedule: less than 40 hours a week with no more than 20 hours teaching hours
Number of students in each class: 15 to 20
Day-off and vacations: weekends off, 50% paid summer and winter vacations
Salary: 25,000RMB after tax
Other benefits: 2,000 RMB housing allowance, medical and accident insurance, flight allowance, yearly bonus if contract is renewed
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience
3. Able to apply for a work visa
4. Good at communicating with students
5. Capable to create and design his own curriculum
6. Excellent team player and quick learner
Responsibilities
1. Develop curriculum and design syllabus
2. Develop unit plans, lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
3. Coordinate and supervise the work of Chinese teachers and other paraprofessionals when applicable.
4. Report students’ transcripts and evaluations to the administration office by the end of each semester, and perform other related duties as assigned.
