Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Bilingual)
Technical Skills:
· Excellent knowledge in user in standard industry Hardware like Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphones for the scope to do service desk support
· Proven technical skills in Hardware Apple Macintosh Laptops and desktops
· Proven technical skills in Hardware Apple iPhone and iPads also in DEP mode
· Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 desktop operating systems
· Proven technical skills in Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 O365, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop suites
· Knowledge of Apple Macintosh operating systems
· Knowledge of Apple IOS operating systems
· Basic mobile subscriptions management: sim card activation/deactivation, basic concept of mobile subscriptions
· Knowledge at user level of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Experience in Installation and basic troubleshooting of standard industry Network & Local Printers
· Basic networking knowledge (cables, switches, routers, firewall): LAN and WAN setups. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites. TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP experience
· Experience in Installation and basic troubleshooting of standard industry Desktop IP Phones
· Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange from 2010 version for basic administration of users & groups, policies and management concepts
· Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
· Basic knowledge of the standard industries remote support tools
· AV Support: Ability to provide user support for AV equipment and solutions in meeting and conference rooms, including but not limited to Video monitors, standard industry Videoconference systems, Microsoft Skype, Direct Dial In from conference room devices, Projector to PC, Connecting
