Customer Service Consultant

The customer service consultant will serve the Look Learn Do project, which is dedicated to creating a one-stop educational platform focused on providing children with forward-thinking global artistic creative thinking. Every week, creative talents from all over the world fly to Shanghai to teach children their experience and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent Mandarin , clear thinking, good at expressing yourself, enterprising;
2. Have a strong challenge spirit and ability to withstand stress, effectively and reasonably arrange time and ensure the achievement of the established goals;
3. Good communication skills with customers, know how to listen and be sensitive to capture and guide customers' mental activities;
4. Have strong communication skills and adaptability, and be proficient in office software such as office;
5. Strong adaptability, obey work scheduling, teamwork spirit, coordination ability, patience, carefulness, strong planning, and able to deal with urgent problems independently;
What you need to do:
1. customer callback, follow-up and handling customer complaints, accurately understand and guide customer needs, provide customers with fast and accurate answer services;
2. answering customer complaints, order after-sales problems and returns, refunds and other matters;
3. answering customer reviews, dealing with customer complaints in the background, and recovering customers.

5. communicating with the cooperative network, and follow up the problems of network operation in time.
Salary:
1.6000RMB-8000RMB per month
