Mass Medical International(hereinafter referred to as MMI) is a comprehensive international medical institution, which is officially certified by the United States. Headquarters is located in Longwood medical area, Boston, Massachusetts, USA with about 3000 square feet of working section. The medical area is filled with the world's top hospitals and biomedical research institutes, including the first comprehensive performance ranking-Massachusetts General Hospital, the best pediatric hospital-Boston Children’s Hospital in the United States, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, St. Elizabeth Medical Center, etc.
MMI, founded in 2015,is a global healthcare consultancy, specialize in patient referrals from China to America hospitals and continuing education program development at top academic centers in the United States. Until now, MMI has provided over 5000 medical second opinion services and 1000 overseas treatment service for Chinese patients.
MMI has established a partnership with many hospital and medical schools in the United States to authorize the legal provision of remote consultation, overseas medical treatment and health care for Chinese citizens. At the same time, it provides professional training for hospital administrators and medical staff in the United States. It includes medical research, clinical research and nursing management.
Nowadays, MMI has established cooperation relationship with hundreds of hospitals in China, and signed partnership agreement of the province health bureau with 10 countries.
Job Position: Business Assistant to the President
Our office: No. 2, North 3rd Ring East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job Type: regular full time
Main Responsibilities:
1/ Assist the president for business negotiations and projects on the ground
2/ Be responsible for following up all projects assigned by the president
3/ Assist executives to coordinate and maintain internal and external public relations
4/ Execute other daily works, including business related, and office works
Requirements:
1/ English native or very close to native level, someone come from USA, UK, Canada or Australia will be most welcome. Or strong candidate from other western countries also welcome.
2/ if you have president assistant or GM assistant experience, will be a big plus
3/ if you have medical service related experience, will be a big advantage, but not must.
4/ at least 3 years (more than 5 years will be better) business management experience
4/ Fluent in both Chinese and English
5/ Being courteous and graceful
6/ Proficient in using MS office, especially in Word, Excel, and PPT
7/ Can adapt to frequent business travel
