Sales Executive for SEA
at West European company in Shanghai
The Company:
Our client is a European company, the world market leader in coated technical textiles and technical apparel, protecting people and their belongings. For their regional Asia Headquarters in Shanghai they are now looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow the Asia Pacific market.
Responsibilities:
Commercial direct responsibilities:
Gain knowledge of company range of products
Sales and promotion of company products in South-East Asia
Acquire new and service current customers within the designated sales region
Meet pre-determined sales targets for company products in the designated sales region
Report on commercial or industrial issues and/or opportunities within this region.
Prepare market studies when required or necessary
Related claim and credit control management Commercial support
responsibilities to the company or to local sales staff:
Coordinate organization of commercial fairs, help design booths and supervise making of and execution
Prepare presentations and/or brochures etc. for commercial uses
Help in liaison with the technical departments at HQ to provide technical support to customers and local sales staff
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Sales related job preferably in Asia # China
Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written (Chinese a plus)
Good use of computer applications (MS Office, Adobe).
Confident and articulate Sales Professional with excellent networking skills
Ability to work both individually as well as part of a team
Responsible, trustworthy and follow company policies
Take the initiative and work pro-actively to manage and grow the business
Willingness to travel extensively
