Sales Manager (Shanghai)
The role is based in Shanghai and requires candidates to be actively searching and contacting potential clients for the all range products we provide. Other duties also include liase with our contractors/suppliers, event/tradeshow organization, clients and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities
. Establishing & maintaining dealer network
. Developing and driving sales excellence to ensure sales objectives are met.
. Working cross functionally and providing hands on leadership during a period of growth and change.
. Developing and implementing national sales plans and strategies, grow market share and develop and manage pricing to win business and achieve company profitability.
Requirements:
. Entrepreneurship mindset and can own the business yourself.
. Excellent sales execution ability. i.e. cold calling, follow up leads, to complete sales agreement
. Excellent coordination skill; coordinate between our customers and suppliers/contractors.
. Able to use the social media for marketing. i.e. facebook, twitter, wechat etc.
. Bachelor Degree holder, candidates with lower degrees also will be considered if backed up with experience.
. Must have the experience in the filed of sales, biz development, customer service etc
. Additional language skill French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian are highly valuable
Compensation:
Pay is monthly base + commission
Work visa is sponsored after probation.
