President Assistant Needed in Beijing

The MY International Health Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. founded by Harvard Medical School senior doctors, scholars and professors, is committed to creating a global high-quality medical sharing platform, focused on providing overseas medical service for the customer (the remote consultation by experts in the United States, to get medical treatment in the United States, medical checkup and other high-end one-stop service), medical training and discipline construction of hospital quality of service.

Job Position: President Assistant
Our office: No. 2, North 3rd Ring East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job Type: regular full time
Main Responsibilities:
1/ Assist the president for business negotiations and projects on the ground
2/ Be responsible for following up all projects assigned by the president
3/ Assist executives to coordinate and maintain internal and external public relations
4/ Execute other daily works, including business related, and office works
Requirements:
1/ English native or very close to native level, someone come from USA, UK, Canada or Australia will be most welcome. Or strong candidate from other western countries also welcome.
2/ if you have president assistant or GM assistant, or director assistant experience, will be a big plus
3/ if you have medical service related experience, will be a big advantage, but not must.
4/ at least 3 years (more than 5 years will be better) business management experience
4/ Fluent in both Chinese and English
5/ Proficient in using MS office, especially in Word, Excel, and PPT
6/ Can adapt to frequent business travel
