Requirements – Mandatory: * Very high level of spoken and written English * IT related major in foreign University * Experience in IT administration (system, network, or both) of 2 years minimum * 2 years experience in IT Project Management * Deadlines and “projects closure” oriented * Time management (prioritization skill) * Highly ordered and organized * Knowledgeable in IT best practices (ITIL, Agile, ISO, PRINCE2, etc.) * Strong problem solving abilities * Strong communication skills * Tech skills: # DNS – (very good understanding and management skills) # Microsoft Active Directory – (very good understanding and management skills) # Firewall management (NAT, restriction rules, IP configuration, etc.) – (very good understanding and management skills) # Scripting, system automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) # Storage (knowledgeable) # Backup (knowledgeable)

- Optional (big plus ;)) * Tech skills: # Virtualization * Experience in remote support * Knowledge of Linux

Responsibilities & duties * IT budget management: plan use of the monthly IT budget for use accordingly to business needs * Team’s training: ensure personal skills’ growth of your team, plan their training in accordance with the Regional IT Director * Team supervision: ensure of the expected performance of your team * Communication with clients and make sure all their demands are addressed in a timely manner * Ensure technical daily operations so that production has the required IT conditions to perform their daily work * Test new technologies in collaboration with the Regional IT Team * Will involve lifting heavy objects (servers, computers, etc.) * Conform to and enforce company IT and security related policies * Support, assist and collaborate with the Regional IT Teams to implement/change IT projects in the Region
