Job description:
1. Assist in planning and designing of the architect project
2. Coordinate project with clients, organize the design of the work
3. Provide technical support to the project team
4. Participate team work to create useful and attractive planning and design.
5. Involved in drafting site plans, sections, elevations and relevant design.
6. Involved in preparing schematic, preliminary, and final drawings for architecture projects
Job Requirements:
1. BA in architecture or equivalent
2. 3-5 years or above experiences in architecture design
3. Skilled in Auto CAD, World, Excel, etc.
4. have a unique insight in architect design
5. work with responsibility, organized and clear thinking; good team motivator;
6. able to work and excel under stress;
Starting date: ASAP 2011
Duration: Long term contract
Salary: about 140,000 Yuan per year or more based on experiences
